2. Service Description
CarStolenCheck provides users with a free stolen car check and vehicle history service for UK-registered vehicles. The service queries DVLA data, police database records, and MOT history to indicate whether a vehicle has been reported stolen or flagged with any issues. The data is sourced from our internal databases and third-party data providers including official DVLA and police records.
3. Free Service & Paid Reports
The basic stolen car check is provided free of charge. Enhanced full vehicle history reports may be available at a fee. Where a fee is charged, all payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details.
4. Accuracy of Information
The information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and reflects the data available in our sources at the time of the query. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absolute correctness or completeness of the data. The Company shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.
